Job Summary
The LV Panel Factory Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operations production and management of the Low Voltage (LV) Panel manufacturing facility. This role ensures the factory meets its production targets maintains high quality standards optimizes operational efficiency and drives continuous improvement. The director also leads cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives compliance with industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field (Master s degree preferred).
Minimum 12 15 years of experience in electrical manufacturing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of LV panel design assembly and testing standards (IEC 61439 or equivalent).
Proven track record in factory operations management lean manufacturing and process optimization.
Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Fluency in English is a plus.
