Job Summary:
Homzmart is looking for a strategic and data-driven CRM Manager to lead customer retention and lifecycle marketing efforts. The role focuses on designing and executing CRM strategies that increase customer engagement drive repeat purchases and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV). The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce CRM tools customer segmentation personalized communication and campaign optimization across email SMS push notifications and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Own the customer lifecycle journey and map communication strategies for each stage (welcome reactivation win-back etc.)
Manage and optimize campaigns across CRM channels: email SMS push notifications in-app messages etc.
Segment customers based on behavior purchase history and engagement to drive targeted messaging.
Analyze campaign performance (open rates CTRs conversions churn CLV) and continuously improve results.
Work closely with marketing tech product and design teams to align CRM campaigns with brand and business goals.
Maintain CRM tools and ensure data hygiene integration and automation flows are running smoothly.
Personalize and localize customer communications using dynamic content and data-driven logic.
A/B test content timing frequency and segmentation to optimize effectiveness.
Stay updated with CRM trends tools and regulations (e.g. data privacy and opt-in rules).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in CRM customer engagement or lifecycle marketing (e-commerce experience is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Klaviyo Braze or similar).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation segmentation and personalization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of customer journeys and behavior-based targeting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and campaign performance metrics.
- Knowledge of data privacy and opt-in regulations (GDPR etc.).
