Job Description
We are looking for a great Automated Test Engineer to join our close-knit team of experienced Quality Engineers. You will be working directly with the Electronic Device Production company in Finland who want to convert their legacy platform to a new environment in National Instruments TestStand.
Our tech stack: TestStand LabVIEW MS Visual C MS Visual C# MS SQL GIT.
What you will do:
- Migrate current clients automated tests to use new platform NI TestStand and LabVIEW tools.
- Verify that the tests work correctly with clients hardware.
- Verify that the test data is correct in database (Microsoft SQL).
- Solution oriented communication with client.
- Help with fixing issues in tests and optimizing the automated test tools.
Qualifications :
Youll Excel in This Role If You have:
- Previous experience with LabVIEW.
- Basic knowledge of automated software testing.
- Knowledge about testing terminology.
- Interest and understanding of devices and embedded systems.
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills (consultative approach when working with client; ability to present explain and defend your point of view).
- Attention to detail quick learning ability and a solution-oriented approach to work.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Have ambition & drive to learn new things in the ever-changing IT industry.
Nice to haves:
- Some knowledge with TestStand.
- Understanding of databases basic SQL queries.
- Industrial or electronical background.
- Finnish language.
