Managing Check-Ins and Check-Outs handle guest arrivals and departures ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
Respond to phone calls quickly and professionally.
Share accurate information about hotel amenities services and nearby attractions.
Make sure guests are quoted the correct rates based on the hotels pricing strategy.
Anticipating Guest Needs - pay attention to guest preferences and respond to their requests messages and concerns.
Address guest complaints and questions promptly and with empathy aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Report any operational issues to the appropriate department and ensure they are resolved.
