This is a remote position.

Senior Sales Agent High Commission Remote Immediate Start

Close deals. Get paid. Repeat.

BruntWork is hiring a Senior Sales Agent who knows how to close. If youve crushed quotas in B2B B2C or enterprise sales especially in recruiting staffing or business services this role pays what youre worth.

Job Highlights
  • Hours: 40/week
  • Schedule: Mon Fri 11 AM 8 PM U.S. time
  • Location: 100% remote
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Equipment: Must have your own computer and internet. You manage taxes and benefits.

What Youll Do
  • Sell BruntWorks outsourcing services and hit revenue targets.
  • Build client relationships by solving problems and delivering results.
  • Run your pipeline in HubSpot and Zoho like a pro.
  • Respond fast. Keep deals moving. Close consistently.
  • Juggle multiple opportunities without dropping the ball.
  • Bonus: Use recruitment knowledge to match clients with talent.

What You Bring
  • 3 years closing deals in B2B B2C or enterprise sales.
  • Near-native English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Sharp problem-solving and people skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote results-driven team.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot Zoho or similar) preferred.
  • Recruiting or staffing background is a major plus.

Proven sales track record Minimum 3 years in B2B, B2C, and enterprise-level sales with strong achievements. CRM expertise Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Zoho (pipeline management, client interactions). Exceptional English fluency Near-native level, both written and spoken. Client relationship management Ability to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Strong communication & responsiveness Quick to follow up, maintain deal momentum. Multitasking skills Comfortable managing multiple clients, pipelines, and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work setup Own computer + stable internet (mandatory for permanent WFH contractor role). Independent contractor readiness Comfortable handling own taxes and benefits.
