You are responsible for:

• Flexibility(To work evening or weekend hours when required such as during an emergency event or crisis)
• Computer usage which may include prolonged periods of data analysis
• 4 years of experience in the security industry
• 4 years of management experience
• Skill in staff supervision including assigning work and providing training and discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required for preparing clear concise and grammatically correct materials and communicating information effectively to others
• You will work at several locations Mobility between locations
• Security industry qualifications or certifications such as CPP or PSP a plus
• Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management Business Management or a related field
• Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV access control systems incident management software and other video surveillance software
• Strong customer service and service delivery orientation
• Able to conduct presentations and facilitate group meetings both in person and online.
• Ability to adapt to change in the external environment and organization.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances
• Ability to track and maintain scheduled assignments

Qualifications :

For this role you must:

• English min. Level B2/C1 (read and write) German min. Level B1/B2(not mandatory)
• Experience with MS-Office Products
• Valid driving license
• Residence permit B or C
• High school diploma secondary education equivalent or GED
• Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process and background investigation
• Experienece in Data Center business or security branch(not mandatory)
• Willingness to travel between locations Zürich and Genf
