Location: Remote (Philippines Latin America or India)
Rate: US $7 $9/hr

Operations Integration Strong ability to design, document, and enforce sales-to-production workflows. Project Coordination Skilled at balancing multiple moving parts (leads, estimates, crews, materials, and schedules). CRM & Tech Mastery Hands-on experience with PaintScout, Trello/CRM, Google Workspace, Slack, and Loom (or similar tools). Scorecard & Reporting Ability to create, publish, and interpret weekly scorecards/KPIs to keep priorities on track. SOP Development Can build, maintain, and train others on standard operating procedures. Team Coaching Experience developing coordinators or junior staff to hit KPIs without micromanagement. Problem-Solving Under Pressure Can adapt quickly to changes in client schedules, production needs, or sales flow. Communication Excellent written and verbal English; able to run huddles, draft clear SOPs, and escalate issues with precision. Time Management Proven ability to manage self and others in a fast-paced, remote environment. Leadership & Accountability Can own outcomes, not just tasks, and drive a team toward results.
