Playtech Managed Services is looking for a multitasking Risk Management & Payments Specialist (Junior level) with great analytical skills.

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
• Check transactions and generate different reports and analysis.
• Handle chargebacks compromised accounts and funds recovery.
• Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns verifications follow-up etc.
• Help users cover their balances adjust their accounts and monitor their activities.
• Investigate different fraud patterns.

Qualifications :

• Are fluent in English.
• Are available to work on flexible shifts.
• Have previous experience in the Finance field.
• Have knowledge of MS Office Windows and Internet applications.
• Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Are a team player with a positive attitude.
