Key responsibilities
- Research and qualify 200300 leads (corporates EU institutions NGOs event agencies expo organizers).
- Conduct proactive outreach: 50 contacts per week via email phone and visits.
- Convert outreach into 45 sales meetings per week.
- Organize site inspections and pitches in the event space.
- Negotiate and close event contracts focusing on speed and value.
- Report weekly on pipeline meetings and bookings.
- Work closely with the hotels GM and F&B team to tailor packages.
Qualifications :
Profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales (hospitality MICE events or related industries).
- Strong hunter mentality: thrives on cold calls networking and closing.
- Brussels network in corporate or event agencies is a strong plus.
- Self-starter: able to run the full sales cycle with minimal hand-holding.
- Available 23 days per week for 6 months.
- Fluent in English French and/or Dutch.
