Description

We are looking for a project manager to work within our client team.

Team size: 6-7 people
The team operates within the QA domain focusing on quality assurance for BI/data projects.
Homeworking Policy: hybrid 2 days per week remote work possible. The role is based at Bruxelles Anderlecht with occasional travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

Agile Project Management:

Lead BI reporting projects involving cross-functional project teams.
Handle project scoping resource planning budgeting and financials (crosscharging).
Manage the full system development lifecycle from initial requirements gathering
through delivery and validation.
Lead Agile delivery activities: sprints standups product backlogs.

IT Change & Release Management:

Coordinate and drive execution of Change Requests across deployed
reporting systems.
Manage releases to production with a structured and risk-conscious approach.
Ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) activities are properly planned and
executed (testing updating documentation etc.)
Support system documentation and testing.

Typical Day

Weekly stand-ups (daily or bi-weekly) with project teams to discuss progress usually around Azure DevOps (backlog user stories features).

Architecture review meetings to validate new system designs (ETL backend reporting landscape).

Meetings with IT and compliance for validation requirements.

Outside meetings: maintaining DevOps performing validation activities (IQs OQs PQs) managing quality validation documents organizing and sending for approval/review.

Frequent coordination with the IT owner and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Must

7 years of experience managing IT projects in the domains of data analytics or BI ideally in a regulated (GxP) industry. Might accept lees of more depends on profile.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint planning.
Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI is a must whereas familiarity with Veeva particularly Source Quality Vault is a plus.
Familiarity with BI reporting concepts (e.g. star schemas database models medallion architecture )
Understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP regulatory expectations.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams including business and technical profiles of varying seniority levels.
Strong communication prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.

Ideal Candidate

Technical expertise in BI tools (Power BI Snowflake).
Experience in GxP/CSV environments (pharma preferred).
Strong PM skills: Agile methodology sprint management backlog organization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with senior leaders.
Motivated adaptable and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Veeva (especially Source Quality Vault).
Experience with BI reporting concepts (star schemas medallion architecture database models).
