Job Summary
The Role
Successful candidates must be willing to deliver a range of cleaning services including;
- Keep the work site clean and tidy
- Daily reporting on staff property & equipment issues
- Creating and managing team members rosters
- Managing stock orders
- Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S
- Coordinate and supervise team members
Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.
There are two positions available in Melboune CBD:
- Evening Supervisor Retail Sector
- Full Time position
- 4:00 pm - 00:00 am

- Monday to Friday 2:00pm -10:00pm

Qualifications :
To be considered for this role applicants MUST have:
- Have a strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferably in the cleaning industry
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent presentation
- Must be reliable flexible and adaptable
- Good command of English language
- A police clearance certificate Tax file number and Superannuation are required
- Experience working with machinery
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic achieve the highest level of safety and quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
