Role Description
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative at Northstar Global LLC you will be the frontline of our sales team engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. You will participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge sales techniques and supporting the team to achieve sales goals. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the company as we invest in our employees development and success. We offer part time full-time and internships. We offer a base salary plus commission or straight commission
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
