We are a national network of experienced high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand we are now interviewing for a Washington State-based experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal interested in 10 - 20 hours per week of remote work.

Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients.

Responsibilities Include:

*Draft and file legal documents
1. Discovery support - responses deficiency letters
2. Settlement proposals
3. Temporary Orders
4. Motions/proposed orders
5. Child support docs
* Manage case calendars and deadlines
* Organize and maintain client files
* Communicate with clients courts and opposing counsel
* Provide general administrative support to attorneys

The pay rate for our paralegal opportunities starts at $30/hour.
