Job Summary
* Develop and manage BIM models for design and construction phases.
* Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy.
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
* Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
* Support in producing construction documentation and shop drawings.
* Generate model-based documentation such as plans sections elevations and
schedules.
* Support in producing schedules and execution/fabrication details
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and shop drawings extracted from the model.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural or Fit-out
disciplines. (Structural experience is a plus.)
* Proven experience working on fa ade external works and/or interior fit-out
construction projects.
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
* Working knowledge of Navisworks AutoCAD and other BIM-related software.
* Experience with BIM coordination including Level of Development (LOD) clash
detection and model validation.
* Understanding of 3D modeling 4D scheduling and quantity take-offs.
* Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM 360 or ACC.
* Ability to create 3D parametric models from 2D drawings and specifications.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings and
documentation.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Good communication skills to coordinate with design and construction teams.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and workflows.
Additional Preferred Skills: (optional not necessary)
* Knowledge of AutoCad 3D.
* Knowledge of Sketchup.
* Experience with visualization tools such as Lumion Enscape or Twinmotion.
