Job Summary
We are hiring a certified and experienced female Pilates instructor for a new boutique women only Pilates and yoga studio in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing wellness community where youll play a key role in guiding clients on their health and fitness journeys while thriving in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality group and private classes
- Prepare class plans for all levels
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
- Engage clients and support their progress
Whats on Offer:
- Competitive basic salary up to 11000 SAR (based on experience skills and qualifications)
- Transportation allowance: 10% of basic
- Accommodation Allowance 25% of basic
- Individual performance-based bonus: Half to one months basic salary
- 15% bonus for additional classes beyond schedule

Candidate Requirements:
- Recognized Pilates certification (e.g. BASI Stott or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of professional teaching experience
- High-level technical expertise and advanced professional skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Languages: English required; Arabic is a plus
- Personality traits: Professional supportive friendly confident with clients and a strong communicator
