Sports Architect

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Sports Architect to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of state-of-the-art sports facilities that meet the highest standards of functionality aesthetics and sustainability.

• Conceptualize and design sports facilities including stadiums arenas and training centers
• Collaborate with clients engineers and contractors to develop comprehensive project plans
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using CAD software
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes safety regulations and sports-specific standards
• Manage projects from initial concept through construction overseeing budgets and timelines
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design-related issues
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sports architecture and sustainable design
• Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Professional architecture license
• Minimum 15 years of experience in sports architecture or related field
• Proven track record in designing large-scale sports facilities
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Thorough understanding of sports facility regulations and standards
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience working in the Middle East is preferred
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
