Job Summary
Assist in the development and implementation of security policies protocols and procedures.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) alarms and other security equipment.
Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Respond to incidents and emergencies; assist in investigations and prepare detailed reports.
Provide training and guidance to security officers on safety procedures and conflict resolution.
Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Assist in managing access control systems and visitor management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain records of incidents investigations and security reports.
Evaluate the performance of security staff and provide feedback or disciplinary actions as needed.
Support in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications :
Proven experience (3 years) in security or law enforcement with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
