Job Summary
Primary title: Graphic Design Intern (standardized: Graphic Design Intern)
About the Opportunity
A remote role within the online career services & recruitment sector in India focused on producing high-quality digital design for employer branding candidate-facing content and marketing assets. The intern will work with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into engaging visual content for web social and email campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create clean on-brand graphics for social media emailers web banners and marketing campaigns under direction of senior designers.
- Design templates and visual assets for LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and other channels that drive engagement and conversions.
- Support the development of presentation decks infographics and simple motion graphics to explain product features and career resources.
- Iterate quickly on feedback prepare multiple concepts manage revisions and deliver final files in the required formats.
- Maintain organized asset libraries version control and basic documentation of design decisions and export settings.
- Collaborate remotely with content marketing and product teams to ensure visual alignment and timely delivery of campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) or equivalent tools like Figma/Canva.
- Portfolio demonstrating social media graphics marketing collateral or branding work (attach link or samples).
- Strong sense of composition typography color theory and visual hierarchy.
- Comfortable working remotely with clear communication and meeting deadlines across time zones in India.
- Enthusiasm to learn accept feedback and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced digital environment.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design considerations.
- Exposure to motion graphics or video editing (After Effects Premiere) and exporting short-form social content.
- Experience with version control for design assets and collaborative tools (Figma libraries Google Drive Slack).
