BizVidya is building a data-driven education & MSME collaboration platform. We focus on understanding student institutional and MSME behavior through IoT devices mobile platforms and analytics enabling insights that improve industry-academia collaboration employability and business alignment.

We aim to become the end-to-end solutions provider for colleges and MSMEs bridging gaps through data AI-driven insights and actionable strategies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Data Scientist who can take ownership of data collection analysis modeling and deployment of AI-driven insights. You will work with cross-functional teams (education product MSME partnerships) to build predictive and prescriptive models that directly impact product adoption and institutional decision-making.

This is a founding-level role with high ownership and direct impact on shaping the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage data pipelines for large-scale student and institutional datasets.

• Apply ML/AI techniques to develop recommendation systems for students and MSMEs.

• Conduct predictive analytics on behavior employability and institutional gaps.

• Deploy data-driven dashboards and insights for stakeholders (colleges MSMEs).

• Work with IoT and mobile data sources to ensure reliable collection and integration.

• Collaborate with product and education officers to design scalable data solutions.

• Ensure data governance privacy and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong background in Data Science ML/AI or Applied Analytics.

• Proficiency in Python/R SQL TensorFlow/PyTorch scikit-learn and data visualization tools.

• Experience with recommendation engines clustering and predictive modeling.

• Familiarity with IoT data handling APIs and data architecture is a plus.

• 2 6 years of hands-on experience in data science roles (startup/education/analytics sector preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in early-stage startups.

• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with equity-based roles.
