Job Description

Lead Product Designer User Research & Immersions

Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months (extendable)

About the Role
We re hiring a Lead Product Designer to strengthen user research and immersion practices. You ll focus on deeply understanding users ensuring that empathy and real-world context shape every design solution.

What You ll Do

  • Conduct user immersions interviews and contextual research.

  • Synthesize insights into design opportunities and frameworks.

  • Champion user needs and behaviors in product discussions.

  • Lead testing sessions to validate prototypes and refine solutions.

  • Partner with researchers and data teams to integrate evidence-based design.

  • Mentor peers in research-led design practices.

What We re Looking For

  • 5 7 years of product design experience with exposure to user research.

  • Strong ability to translate insights into actionable designs.

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  • Proven track record of designing based on evidence not assumption.

  • Portfolio showcasing research-driven product outcomes.
