Job Summary
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Custom Applications)
Location: Noida
Experience: 10 years in IT 6 years in ServiceNow
Responsibilities
-
Lead architecture design and delivery of ServiceNow custom applications and enterprise solutions.

Define technical strategy integration patterns and data flows for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Hands-on development of custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Apps App Engine Studio Flow Designer Integration Hub.
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
-
Ensure platform governance best practices performance tuning and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.
-
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership during design development and deployment.
-
Drive integrations with third-party systems (REST SOAP APIs).
-
Support upgrades patching and enhancements of ServiceNow environments.
Required Skills
-
10 years IT experience with at least 6 years of ServiceNow development & architecture.

Strong experience in custom application development on ServiceNow (Scoped Apps).

Expertise in App Engine Studio Service Catalog Flow Designer UI Policies Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts.

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub MID Server).

Strong understanding of ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM (implementation experience preferred).

Experience in architecture design solutioning and platform governance.
-
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
-
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
-
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
-
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM/HRSD/CSM.
-
Cloud knowledge (AWS Azure GCP).
