Role: Community Outreach Intern (Remote India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns across email LinkedIn and WhatsApp to source candidates and partner organisations.
- Manage and update CRM records create leads log interactions maintain segmentation and track pipeline progression.
- Create and schedule outreach copy and lightweight creative assets; coordinate with marketing to adapt messaging for channels.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates response rates conversion metrics) prepare weekly reports and recommend optimisations.
- Build relationships with universities training centres and community groups to generate referrals and grow talent pipelines.
- Support virtual event logistics (webinars hiring drives): handle registrations reminders and post-event follow-ups.

Additional Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from any college/university preferred.
- Strong written English for concise outreach copy and reporting.
- Highly organised self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote team.
