About the Opportunity
We operate in the Apparel & Garment Manufacturing sector servicing retail and export clients across woven and knitted product lines. Our facilities focus on CMT and full-package production with strong emphasis on compliance on-time delivery and consistent product quality.
Role Title (standardized): Garment Quality Incharge
Location: India Workplace: On-site
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the shop-floor quality team to ensure inline end-line and pre-shipment inspections meet buyer specifications and AQL standards.
- Plan and execute Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) Inline Inspection (IPI) and Final Random Inspection (FRI); document findings and release/hold decisions.
- Perform measurement & fit audits trim/accessory checks and fabric/finish verifications to prevent recurring defects and rework.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action workflows (8D/PDCA) track NCRs and ensure timely closure with production and merchandising.
- Maintain quality records inspection reports and KPI dashboards (defect rates yield rejection) and report to departmental stakeholders.
- Train and coach QC inspectors on standards AQL sampling use of inspection tools and buyer-specific quality protocols; support internal audits and certifications.

- Ability to work on-site in manufacturing environment and coordinate across production merchandising and sourcing teams.
