Job Description Industrial Doctor (Oman)
Position: Industrial Doctor
Location: Oman

About the Role:
We are hiring qualified Industrial Doctors to provide medical support and occupational health services for employees working in industrial and project sites in Oman. The role ensures health and safety compliance preventive care and emergency medical response at the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct medical examinations (pre-employment periodic and fitness-to-work assessments).

Provide primary healthcare and emergency medical care for employees on-site.

Monitor and manage occupational health risks workplace hazards and industrial safety compliance.

Maintain medical records and prepare health reports in line with company and regulatory standards.

Promote health awareness and preventive care programs for employees.

Support workplace injury management and coordinate with hospitals/clinics when necessary.

Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

MBBS / MD / equivalent medical degree from a recognized university.

Valid license to practice medicine (Oman MOH / eligibility preferred).

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in industrial/occupational health or similar field. (Gulf experience
preferred Oil & Gas).
- Certification in Occupational Health / Industrial Medicine (preferred).

BLS / ACLS certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of occupational health standards emergency care and preventive health practices.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
