Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will support brand visibility trade promotions and market activation initiatives across on-trade and off-trade channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for a recent graduate passionate about brands sales and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing brand activation activities in retail outlets bars pubs and events.
- Coordinate the rollout of in-store visibility elements.
- Ensure on-shelf presence of our products as per planogram in line with Off Trade Standards of Excellence.
- Track and support promotional campaigns and monitor their performance at point-of-sale (POS)
- Following the permanent journey plan to our EP / IP On & Off Trade accounts.
- Maintain records and hygiene of POS deployed at various EP / IP accounts.
- Assist in creating trade decks and reports analyzing the ROI of activations and promotions.
- Ensure all activities comply with local laws especially alcohol marketing regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing business or a related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in trade marketing field marketing or sales (internships count).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with fieldwork.
- Understanding of Alco-bev marketing codes and legal constraints. (preferred but not mandatory)
