Role Overview

As a Finance Officer you will be the backbone of BizVidya s financial strategy and execution. You will design financial models monetization strategies and investor engagement frameworks to help us scale across India. This is a high-impact equity-based role not a salary-driven job but an opportunity to build long-term wealth by contributing to BizVidya s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Strategy: Build financial roadmaps and ensure alignment with BizVidya s vision.

• Monetization Models: Develop multiple revenue streams from colleges MSMEs and partnerships.

• Investor Readiness: Create pitch decks financial projections and approach 100 angel investors/Venture networks within 3 6 months.

• Fundraising: Support and lead fundraising efforts grants and strategic alliances.

• Budgeting & Cost Management: Ensure sustainable and scalable allocation of resources.

• Revenue Growth: Build strategies that can help partner colleges & MSMEs grow 2x 5x thereby strengthening BizVidya s positioning.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with founders advisors and consultants to build financial credibility.

Requirements

• Background in Finance Accounting Investment Banking or Consulting.

• Strong grasp of financial modeling valuation and monetization frameworks.

• Experience in fundraising investor relations or startup finance is highly preferred.

• Ability to think strategically with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Comfortable working in a remote early-stage startup environment.
