Role Overview
We are looking for a creative strategic and performance-driven Social Media professional to strengthen and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends content strategy and analytics with a focus on luxury branding.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop implement and manage social media strategies for Fashion TV and associated brands.

Plan schedule and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter/X YouTube).

Ensure brand voice tone and aesthetics remain consistent across all digital channels.
Content Development & Campaign Execution
-
Collaborate with designers content writers and video teams to create impactful campaigns.
-
Drive engagement through reels stories posts polls and interactive formats.
-
Support influencer collaborations partnerships and digital campaign rollouts.
Analytics & Optimization
-
Monitor daily social media performance and track KPIs (engagement reach impressions growth).
-
Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis to identify opportunities.
-
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Community Management
Requirements
-
Degree/Diploma in Mass Media Digital Marketing Communications or related field.
-
Relevant years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in social media tools: Canva Hootsuite Buffer Meta Business Suite (or similar).

Experience in using analytics dashboards: Meta Insights LinkedIn Analytics Google Analytics (basic level).

Creativity attention to detail and an eye for luxury aesthetics.

Basic knowledge of paid ads and SEO is a plus.
