What Youll Do

Own the end-to-end hiring journey balancing hands-on sourcing with team leadership to fill roles across engineering product sales and customer success.
Coach mentor and level up a growing squad of recruitersensuring everyones aligned collaborative and crushing targets.
Partner closely with founders and functional heads to map hiring needs craft compelling job stories and strategize on talent gaps as we scale.
Launch scrappy creative sourcing campaigns that tap new platforms nurture talent communities and build curious pipelines (think hackathons campus drives and referral blitzes).
Measure what matters: Track recruiting metrics iterate on process and share transparent hiring dashboards in real-time.
Shape a candidate experience that wows every step of the wayfrom application to onboardingand never compromises on our culture.
Drive diversity and inclusionactively seeking out different voices and backgrounds for a team that looks like the markets we serve.

What You Bring

Minimum 8 years of full-cycle tech hiring with at least 23 years in a lead role (ideally at startups or SaaS businesses).
You get SaaS love the challenge of high-volume cross-functional hiring and can talk shop with both engineers and sales leaders.
Fluent in using ATS sourcing automation tools social sourcing and data-driven decisions.
Startup grit: You move fast learn fast and wear multiple hats when needed.
