Production Operative 6am - 6pm 4 on 4 off

Core Responsibilities
- As an operative you will Pick items and placing them in customer boxes as well as Stack finished customer boxes onto pallets
- Ensure that the boxes produced are of the highest quality standards to delight our customers
- Pick customer orders as per company processes and strict adherence to food safety policy for the site
- Work as part of a team to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
- Report food quality issues
- Supporting the delivery of key departmental KPIs such as Picking Errors On Time In Full GMP audit scores
- Showcase and role model behaviours evidenced in Gousto Ownership Principles
Who You Are
- Great attitude and alignment to Goustos culture you will enjoy working with targets in an active role. With opportunity to progress you will have a hunger for learning and self-improvement.
- Experienced in Fulfilment FMCG / warehousing
- The role involves standing moving around our large warehouse and lifting pallets
- It is cold! Around 3 degrees
- You will follow procedures and Health & Safety guides with a respect for these rules and regulations
