Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Pilates classes tailored to participants needs.
Educate clients on proper technique and body awareness.
Modify exercises to accommodate all fitness levels and any physical constraints.
Create a supportive welcoming atmosphere for all members.
Monitor client progress and provide positive constructive feedback.
Ensure a safe environment and maintain equipment cleanliness.
Qualifications :
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in Mat-based Pilates with the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy to explain body mechanics during exercises.
Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields (desirable).
Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
Patience and empathy when working with clients of varying abilities and backgrounds.
Ability to adapt classes to suit different skill levels and physical limitations.
Genuine passion for health fitness and wellness.
