Job Summary

Our clients large and growing Nursery in Wellingborough are now looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their busy team. Working alongside other Room Leaders and the Management team supporting a busy room. Great salary and benefits offered together with opportunities to progress your career with this growing provider. Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
