Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Art Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Experience working in SEN settings or with students with additional needs desirable
Strong subject knowledge and passion for inclusive creative education
Patience empathy and flexibility in adapting lessons to meet diverse needs
Ability to use Art to develop communication confidence and social skills
Effective classroom management with a nurturing and positive approach
Legal right to work in the UK
