Job Summary
Are you passionate about creating beautiful spaces and delivering exceptional service Gilpin Hotel & Lake House proudly awarded Two Michelin Keys offers an exceptional standard of hospitality in the heart of the Lake District.
Were looking for a meticulous energetic and friendly Housekeeper to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our stunning rooms suites and spa lodges. Youll be part of a warm supportive team that takes pride in creating a serene and spotless environment for our guests.
Your Role:
- Consistently cleans and prepares guest rooms to a five-star standard.
- Maintains pristine public areas.
- Manages laundry linen and stock items with care.
- Reports maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborates with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless service and guest experience.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- A passion for cleanliness and presentation.
- A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star setting is a bonus but full training is provided.
Additional Information :
Salary: from 25480 to 27560
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 240 to 550 per month.
