Are you an organised proactive and people-focused professional looking to support senior leaders in a dynamic finance environment Were looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Group Finance team providing high-level support to the Head of Finance & Accounting Operations and the Group Functions Change Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced division where your contribution will help drive efficiency and collaboration.
What youll be doing:
- Managing diaries meetings travel and logistics across internal and external engagements
- Preparing documentation taking minutes and following up on meeting actions
- Coordinating seminar and training requirements for divisional staff
- Maintaining accurate records including expenses personnel data and compliance logs
- Producing and updating reports presentations and communications for senior stakeholders
- Responding to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Acting as a key point of contact for divisional leaders and coordinating visitor arrangements
- Supporting general administrative tasks and adapting to changing priorities
