SALARY: Basic Salary 35000 Bonus - OTE Circa 50000 - 55000 Car Benefits
Permanent/Full-time 42.5 hours per week weekends on a rota with time off during week
Exciting opportunity at our client s dealership in Leeds for a Business Manager to join their sales team. You will provide support to the Business Manager in running the sales department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Efficiently and professionally handling all sales enquiries
Analysing departmental profit daily and managing costs
Managing the sales team and sales processes
Controlling profit margins and stock pricing/presentation
Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
Collaborating with other departments for an excellent customer experience
Achieving KPI targets
Assisting the General Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures
Coaching and developing Sales Executives for success
Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
Ensuring professional customer service by the sales team
Employing creative marketing strategies to boost new and used car sales
REQUIREMENTS:
Their ideal Sales Business Manager should have:
Experience within a similar role within the motor trade
Good understanding of vehicle sales and processes
Experience managing a successful sales team
Strong sales generation abilities
. FCA Accreditation would be beneficial
. Able to build outstanding customer relationships with excellent negotiating skills;
Able to manage own time effectively and work well under pressure
Current UK Driving License
