Job Description

  • Suggestmultipleaddonsandsellgiftcards
  • MaintaincashandPOS media accuratelyandincompliancewithCoachpolicy
  • Createlastingimpressionbygenuinelythankingcustomerandprovidereasontoreturn
  • RepresentCoachbrand appropriately

STOCKROOM/WAREHOUSE:

  • Receiveshipmentandtransfers
  • NotifyStoreManagement whennewproductarrives
  • Scancartons/transfersverifyingstoreinformationiscorrect
  • CommunicatealldiscrepanciestoStoreManagement
  • Processshipment/transfersaccordingtoCoachstandardsandtimeframes
  • Organizeandcleanstockroomdaily;toincludeoffsite/remotewarehouseasapplicable
  • Shift/organizeproductinthestockroom;reactto sellthroughandmakeroomfornewproduct
  • Manage stocklevels/productownershipinback-of-houseandsalesfloor
  • Prepareandconductregularcyclecountsasdirected
  • Participateinstorephysicalinventorycounts asscheduled
  • MaintainCompanyLossPreventionstandards

  • Regularlyanalyzesalesfloortoassessreplenishmentneeds
  • Replenishsalesfloor/assigned zone
  • Reacttosellthroughandexecute visualmerchandisingneeds.
  • Supportsalesflooractivitiesasdirected
  • Effectivelycommunicateinformationpertainingtopricepointsfeatures/benefitscolorandstockavailabilitytomultiple customers
  • Respondtocustomerrequestsconfidently;partnerwithsalesteamor StoreManagementwhenneeded

AdditionalRequirements

Experience:1- 3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience sales etc.) preferably in a .

Education:Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;collegedegreepreferred.

Technical:Knowledgeofcashregistersystemsbasiccomputerskills(includingtheabilitytouseiPad/laptopMobilePOSand Internet)utilizewalkietalkieunderstandand read priceandproductreleasesheets.

Physical:. Abilitytomaneuver the sales floor sales shelves and stock room; climbing bending and kneeling are required. Ability tofrequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and at times lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to processproductshipment/transfers.

Schedule: Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations including ability to work a flexiblescheduleincludingnightsweekendsandholidays highretailtrafficandsalesdays (includingbutnotlimitedtothedayafterThanksgivingMemorial DayChristmasEve MothersDayetc.).
