Job Summary

The Department of Neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an outstanding clinical Stroke Neurologistto join their state-of-the-art clinic located at the main campus located in Dallas can expect an opportunity for a well-balanced career in Neurology.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume practice while contributing to resident and fellow education in one of the nations top academic health systems. This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career in a clinically focused academic role.

Position Highlights

  • Provide care across both inpatient and outpatient setting
  • Opportunity to develop or participate in programs centered on stroke recovery secondary prevention and long-term patient outcomes
  • Teach and mentor medical students residents and fellows in an academic setting
  • Participate in research and other academic initiatives within a top-tier institution
  • Faculty appointment at UT Southwestern Medical Center (rank commensurate with experience and qualifications)

    Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Vascular Neurology fellowship
  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology for adult or child neurology
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence education and multidisciplinary collaboration.
