Job Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible
Pay rate: $74-92.50 per visit

- Preference given to see patients in your primary geographic area
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate.
- New Jersey Occupational Therapist License or eligible.
- Evaluates a patients need for occupational therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members PTAs Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate occupational therapy techniques.
- Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
