Job Summary
Summary
As a Sanitation Associate you will play a key role in keeping our facility safe clean and compliant. You will perform daily weekly monthly and quarterly sanitation tasks to support food safety production efficiency and a clean work environment.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am- 2:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily/Weekly Duties:
- Stock hand soap paper towels PPE and sanitation supplies.
- Empty trash cans and maintain handwashing stations.
- Clean and scrub hand wash sinks restrooms and breakroom areas.
- Sweep mop and sanitize floors drains and designated rooms.
- Clean glass windows doors and office/breakroom areas.
- Refill and maintain sanitation tanks and foot foamers.
Monthly Duties:
- Clean rafters pipes walls and white lines in production and warehouse areas.
- Clean breakroom refrigerators and conference rooms.
- Sweep and sanitize warehouse spaces.
- Remove cobwebs and dust from rafters and corners.
Quarterly Duties:
Deep clean peeler room and raw sort room pipes walls and lights.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs bend climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Previous sanitation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This position is located in a food manufacturing plant and may involve exposure to loud noise hot or humid conditions wet floors and large machinery. Applicants should be prepared to work in these conditions on a regular basis.
