Job Description
- Read and interpret meal tickets so the proper foods and condiments are put on each tray.
- Visually inspect each tray to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
- Scrape rack wash and sanitize soiled dishes.
- Inspect unload and store clean dishes.
- Clean and set up food carts.
- Stock and maintain nourishment kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwasher and dietary work areas.
- Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager
- Up-to-date Immunizations and Covid Vaccine
- Valid Drivers License
- Pass background check
- Pass Fingerprint
- Drug Screening
- Experience working as a dietary aide in a nursing facility
