At Mercer Middle Easts HR Transformation Practice were seeking an Associate to support and contribute to projects focused on employee experience design change management culture design and workplace environment design across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. What You Will Do
Participate in shaping and updating our culture and change management approaches methodologies and tools within the region.
Support the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects that enhance employee experience embed cultural transformation and design engaging workplace environments aligned with client objectives.
Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies that promote adoption engagement and sustainable organizational shifts.
Contribute to designing corporate culture initiatives that align values behaviors and leadership practices to foster a high-performance inclusive environment.
Help create workplace environment designs that support collaboration wellbeing and productivity in physical and hybrid settings.
Provide analytical and research support to senior team members translating organizational data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with project and client teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed on regional trends in employee engagement workplace design and organizational change to support innovative solutions.
Participate in business development activities including proposal preparation and client presentations.

What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in employee experience design change management culture design or workplace environment design.
Experience working on organizational transformation projects within the GCC region is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
Good understanding of change management frameworks and organizational culture principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams.
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential effective communication within the regional context is key.
Willingness to travel and be on-site in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries as required.
