Software Quality Engineer Cloud
Pune India
Full-time in person working from Strategy Pune office.
Job Description
Work within an agile development team design develop and execute test cases for Strategy cloud offerings deployed on AWS Azure GCP and private cloud.
Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle advocating for the user to enhance the overall user experience.
Design and implement comprehensive test plans for cloud-based applications and services ensuring coverage of functional performance security and scalability requirements. Create automated test scripts and integrate them into pipelines to facilitate continuous testing.
Define and implement quality standards maintain a fully automated testing operation to ensure consistent product quality and performance across releases.
Monitor and optimize the performance reliability and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources.
Document infrastructure architecture operational procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required; degree and/or significant coursework in computer science or similar engineering program
1-2 years of professional experience preferred; training and professional development will be provided.
Functional knowledge of AWS Azure and GCP. Industry-recognized certifications are a strong plus.
Knowledge & hands-on experience with Containerization Infrastructures like Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience building automated test scripts using tools such as WebdriverIO Pytest Cucumber and JMeter.
Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Java Python TypeScript HCL or similar.
Experience with major databases such as Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with both IT and non-IT colleagues.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Process-driven with a keen attention to detail; ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize effectively.
