Were looking for a Senior consultant / Manager to grow our SAP Successfactors team and to work on some interesting integrations and implementation projects.
What youll learn and do
Make an as is and to be analysis of the full architecture of the system(s) of the client
Plan and map all data sources and how they interact
Make an estimate on the integrations to be set up and design them
In the integration process itself you are responsible for guiding a team offshore and onshore
You will also be included in the go-live maintenance and some aftercare
Who you are what you are like
Passion for digital HR technologies
Good communicator
Practical stakeholder management
Good knowledge of system architecture
Technical payroll knowledge of Belgium is a major plus
SAP Successfactors certifications are a plus
Affinity with coding is a big plus
Preferably you have been involved in 1 or 2 full cycle implementations
Cloud platform experience is a strong recommendation
