Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President DSD to lead our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations across the region. This senior leadership role is critical to driving growth execution excellence and organizational alignment across multiple divisions and markets.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the beverage industry prior experience at PepsiCo or within Pepsi-style DSD systems and a strong track record of leading large-scale teams and P&L ownership. This role will oversee a team of Divisional Vice Presidents ensuring that performance execution and capabilities are consistent and aligned with our national DSD strategy.
This role reports directly to the EVP North America DSD and will be a key member of the North America Commercial Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the DSD strategy across all U.S. divisions.
- Align DSD execution with national priorities brand goals and customer expectations.
- Drive transformation digitization and process improvement across DSD operations.
- Directly manage a team of Divisional Vice Presidents providing coaching leadership and support.
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability collaboration and results.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion across all levels of the DSD organization.
- Ensure excellence in route operations labor productivity customer service and in-store execution.
- Standardize best practices and operational KPIs across all markets.
- Partner with national accounts regional sales teams and field operations to ensure a seamless connection between sales and delivery.
- Leverage data and performance analytics to improve execution in high-priority accounts and regions.
- Apply knowledge of PepsiCos DSD playbooks organizational models and field leadership structures.
- Lead with a system mindset that integrates brands bottlers and distributor capabilities.
Requirements- 15 years in the beverage or CPG industry with at least 5 years in a senior DSD leadership role
- Strong preference for experience at PepsiCo or equivalent beverage DSD systems
- Proven leadership of multi-unit or multi-division operations including large field teams and cross-functional partners
- Experience managing senior leaders (VP-level and above)
- Strong team-building talent development and performance management skills
- Ability to lead transformation initiatives across a complex field-based organization
- Bachelors degree required (Business Supply Chain Operations); MBA or equivalent preferred
