Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E&O Claims Specialist to join a dynamic team.

Compensation

  • $150000 - $160000/year (based on experience) bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and manage E&O claims from initiation to resolution.
  • Analyze and interpret Errors & Omissions insurance policies coverage and exclusions.
  • Conduct detailed investigations including document reviews interviews and collaborating with legal counsel.
  • Assess the validity of claims and determine appropriate reserves.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants attorneys and other involved parties.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on claim activity and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Juris Doctorate preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling E&O claims
  • Strong knowledge of E&Oinsurance products policies and legal frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex claims efficiently.
