- Operate a high standard of service to our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets as well as a busy conference & events department
- Recruit manage motivate and maintain an exceptional service oriented front of house team
- Manage supplier relationships stock ordering and inventory levels
- Contribute to the hotels financial objectives through effective forecasting cost management and innovative promotions & events experience
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience working in a large scale hotel operation
- Exemplary communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrate the ability to create unique F&B experiences
- Managers Certificate required
- Flexibility on a 7 day roster
