Partner with the Distribution Sales team to support channel growth initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Co-lead the rollout and growth of Sika MY Rewards loyalty program managing retailer onboarding engagement and reward redemption activities.
Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance providing insights and recommendations to increase adoption and retention.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to design end-user promotions that link to loyalty rewards.
Manage retail events dealer meetings and training sessions with a focus on loyalty and engagement.
Track competitor activities industry trends and retailer needs to recommend improvements.
Report on the effectiveness of trade retail and loyalty programs ensuring ROI-driven decision making.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Sales/ Business/ Engineering/ Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail promotion management retail marketing customer engagement or a related role within the building materials industry.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong data analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong self-discipline and motivation to drive sales activities and achieve company goals.
