Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cook and present high-quality dishes across restaurant conferencing and events and in-room dining
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure all dishes meet brand and presentation standards maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean safe and organised work environment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- Has proven kitchen experience within a hotel restaurant or event environment
- Brings enthusiasm creativity and a genuine passion for great food
- Works well under pressure and thrives in a team environment
- Has relevant culinary qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible availability to support with different service periods
