CDP currently provides more than 230 NPR and PBS public media organizations (PMOs) with outsourced marketing data analytics fundraising and technology services. These services help PMOs raise more net income grow their donor files faster lower their fundraising costs and free up development talent allowing stations to better focus on local engagement. Since its inception CDP has delivered more than $785 million in membership revenue for local PMOs participating in its services and has become the most widely adopted Public Media service in the history of public broadcasting. The Digital Production Team

The Digital Production Team is one of the six teams that comprise the Fundraising Operations Department which supports critical fundraising functions for the Member Service Bureau (MSB) cooperative. The Digital Production Team is responsible for managing the MSB cooperatives web and e-mail presence. On behalf of the 52 MSB station (and growing) cooperative The Digital Production Team sends annually over 100 million email solicitations that garner critical financial support to sustain the thriving public media ecosystem. This role is specifically tailored to assist with this important work.

Position Summary

The Email Production Specialist serves a vital role within the marketing team by coordinating and executing email campaigns on behalf of the MSB public media organizations we support. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to launch their marketing careers and develop expertise managing impactful email marketing campaigns at scale with cutting edge tools.
