Masters Bachelors and Associates Level Behavior Therapists in the West Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley Areas

We work in the principles of (ABA) Social Skills (DTT) (PRT) Verbal Behavior and PECS in the West Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas.
How you will help contribute to our team and make a difference in the world and the lives of others:
Collaborate with our BCBAs to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy primarily in home and school settings with some clinic and telehealth settings.
Work within our therapists standards to provide kind compassionate and ethical care while being recognized as an individual within our family of teammates.

Responsibilities:
- Inspiring growth in others and shaping behavior
- Working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing the individualized direct intervention for clients
- Implementing behavior management procedures
- Collecting data to inform the programming and client progress
- Completing session notes and medical documentation for services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have an Associate degree in Psychology Education Social Work or related human services field AND active RBT certification or equivalentOR
- Must have a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Psychology Education Social Work or related human services field
- Have at least (2) years of experience supporting individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and be a considerate individual who understands the importance of clinical consistency within the ABA population
- Ability to clear FBI DOJ and TB testing
- Have access to reliable transportation and ability to provide automobile insurance and a valid drivers license
- Vaccination for COVID-19 - some schools/organizations we work with may require COVID vaccination for direct support
- Certifications highly valued
Physical Requirements
Due to the active and physical nature of this position the candidate must be able to stand sit lift at least 30 pounds bend kneel twist run and speak articulately in order to effectively perform in this position.
